Yeah....so i rolled my ankle monday while playing basketball with some friends, i guess that kind of cross training is out of the question now. The ankle is not horrible, i can walk fine and even jump on the leg but i need to get it fixed so i can start training for the sand ladder, and kicking sharks in the eye as a last resort.
Been RICEing since monday evening, any other suggestions on making this go away as fast as possible.
