so, i know the hills are challenging in SF and the course is difficult, but what does everyone thing about how times will transfer? what will your regular pace be out there with the course and challenges?
also, where does the sandladder fall in the run? just trying to figure out if training wise it is best to do the stair machine first and then run or vice versa or mix the two together.
oh and anyone have any suggestions for trainer rides? i get incredibly bored on them and i'm wondering if there is a way to prepare for climbs on them?
